JPMorgan Convertible manager exits – JPMorgan Global Convertibles Income Fund Limited has announced that Antony Vallee, one of the company’s fund managers, has decided to leave J.P. Morgan Asset Management to pursue other opportunities.

The existing investment management team, led by Natalia Bucci and Robin Dunmall will be augmented by the addition of Paul Levene.

Paul has over 18 years’ relevant experience. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Asset Management in 2015, Paul was a partner and senior analyst at Ferox Capital LLP, a convertible bond manager, where he was responsible for identifying investment ideas in Europe and Asia. Prior to this, Paul worked at Credit Suisse as a special situations analyst in leveraged finance and at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as a high yield research analyst. Paul holds a BA from King’s College London and a MSc from the London School of Economics.

The investment process will remain unchanged and the company will continue to draw on the investment insight and resources of the broader J.P. Morgan Asset Management convertible bond team.
