- Middlefield Canadian Income has announced the the appointment of Ms Kate Anderson as a non-executive director of the Company effective 12 April 2021. The appointment follows the receipt of consent from the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
- In separate general meetings, shareholders of both Invesco Income Growth Trust and Invesco Select Trust approved the necessary resolutions for the proposed combination of the two vehicles (under the scheme Invesco Income Growth Trust is to be wound up and rolled into Invesco Select Trust).
- Sherborne Investors C results for 2020 show a drop in NAV from 78.04p to 60.21p but a recovery since to 79.2p. [The fund is pointless except as an inefficient way of buying Barclays shares – time to call it a day we think.]
