NextEnergy Solar Fund seeks to provide ordinary shareholders with attractive risk-adjusted returns, principally in the form of regular dividends, by investing in a diversified portfolio of primarily UK-based solar energy infrastructure assets.
The Company seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing predominantly in solar PV assets, primarily in the UK.
The Company intends to continue to acquire solar PV assets that are primarily ground-based and utility-scale and which are on sites that may be agricultural, industrial or commercial. It may also acquire portfolios of residential or commercial building-integrated installations. The solar PV assets targeted are anticipated to generate stable cash flows over their asset lifespan.
