SLF Realisation Fund (formerly KKV Secured Loan Fund : KKVX and before that SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Limited) is the only diversified equipment leasing and asset finance investment company traded on the London Stock Exchange. The Fund’s objective was to generate regular income for investor through collateralised investments in business-essential equipment and hard assets and in asset-and-equipment-based project financing. The C shares are a separate class of shares relating to a specific pool of assets. C shareholders voted to wind up their part of the company in July 2020 and the name was changed shortly thereafter.
