Description
The company’s AGM will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, 13 May 2025 at the offices of Janus Henderson at 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AE.
David Smith, the Company’s Fund Manager, will give a presentation on the Company’s portfolio and performance, and you will, as usual, have the opportunity to talk to the Board, David and other Janus Henderson representatives. We very much welcome your comments and questions at the AGM and we would encourage those of you who are unable to attend in person to use your proxy votes and to watch the AGM live by logging onto www.janushenderson.com/hhi-agm.
Shareholders have the opportunity every fifth year to vote on whether they wish to continue the life of the company or to wind it up. Shareholders will, therefore, be asked to vote on this at the forthcoming AGM, as an ordinary resolution, which requires a majority vote in favour to pass. The Board strongly recommends that you vote in favour so the Company can continue its objective
