In respect of the proposed resolution for the combination of Invesco Select share classes will be holding resolution meetings.
Each of the General Meeting and each Class Meeting will be held at the offices of Invesco, 43-45 Portman Square, London W1H 6LY on 27 March 2024 at the following times:
- The General Meeting will be held at 2.30 p.m.;
- The Global Share Class Meeting will be held at 2.45 p.m.;
- The UK Equity Share Class Meeting will be held at 3.00 p.m.;
- The Balanced Risk Share Class Meeting will be held at 3.15 p.m.; and
- The Managed Liquidity Share Class Meeting will be held at 3.30 p.m..
