JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust – Investor Webinar

Description

QuotedData hosted a webinar with Nicholas Weindling of JPMorgan Asset Management to provide an update on JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust (JFJ). Nicholas discussed his current thoughts on the Japanese market, the company’s recent performance and the outlook for Japan.

The managers believe that market sentiment has been shifted in favour of companies that might be expected to benefit from the recovery in economic activity facilitated by the rollout of vaccination programmes. The portfolio has been positioned to take advantage of a number of themes that should benefit from the modernisation of Japan’s economy. These include companies that can take advantage of the country’s belated adoption of digital technology.
