Description
The AGM is planned to take place at the offices of Foresight Group LLP, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG at 4.00 p.m. on 24 September 2024.
Shareholders wishing to attend the AGM are requested to please notify Foresight Group LLP via email, to [email protected], in case there are changes to arrangements which need to be communicated at short notice.
This year, Shareholders will be able submit proxy votes electronically. The details required for voting will be sent to each Shareholder. The deadline for proxy votes to be received is 4.00 p.m. on 20 September 2024.
