Colin Hughes to retire as co-fund manager of Henderson Opportunities Trust – The board of Henderson Opportunities Trust (HOT) has announced that Colin Hughes, co-fund manager for the company is to retire from Janus Henderson Investors on 30 June 2018.
James Henderson continues as the lead fund manager for the company, assisted by Laura Foll and Charlotte Greville. Laura Foll will become the co-fund manager when she returns from maternity leave in September.
Colin has been a UK equity fund manager since joining Henderson in 1998. Prior to this Colin was with AMP Asset Management as an analyst/portfolio manager for UK equities, and was later named senior portfolio manager. He began his career
