Metro Baltic Horizons(MBH) is a closed-end property investment company targeting direct investment in prime office, residential and retail developments in the capital cities of the Baltic States-although principally Latvia and Estonia- and in St Petersburg, Russia. MBH is the first and only London-listed fund offering investors pure development exposure to the dynamic property markets of this fast growing region.
The investment objective of the fund is to generate a high level of total financial returns for shareholders over the life of the fund through investment in a portfolio of prime property development assets in a stable region experiencing rapid economic growth.
