RRP is an abbreviation for 1) recommended retail price and 2) Reverse Repurchase Facility (sometimes reverse repo facility) This is a mechanism whereby a central bank sells a security to another institution (usually a bank) and agrees to buy it back at a fixed price at a fixed point in the future.
