Gresham House Energy Storage EGM 2020 to grant the Board authority to issue on a non-pre-emptive basis, up to 30,000,000 Ordinary Shares, being approximately 14.7 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital as at the Latest Practicable Date, such authority to have effect until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting
