The Company today announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) at 12:00pm (UK time) on 25 June 2024 at The Stationer’s Hall, Ave Maria Ln, London EC4M 7DD, United Kingdom.
During the AGM, Gordon Lawson, the outgoing Chair, will introduce the incoming Chair, Sarah Arkle. Following the AGM, Dominic Scriven, Chairman of Dragon Capital Group, and Tuan Le, Lead Portfolio Manager, will each present on the Company’s latest developments and the market in Vietnam. The presentations will be followed by a Vietnamese buffet lunch at 01:15 pm.
Both existing shareholders of the Company and those interested in understanding more about the Company are invited to attend the AGM and subsequent presentations.
