Description
The AGM will be held at the offices of Shepherd & Wedderburn LLP, 9 Haymarket Square, Edinburgh EH3 8FY at 12.30pm on Thursday, 11 July 2024. The Notice of Annual General Meeting can be found in the Annual Report. The Board encourages Shareholders to vote using the proxy form, which can be submitted to the Company’s Registrars, Computershare Investor Services PLC, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, Bristol, BS99 6ZY. Proxy forms should be completed and returned in accordance with instructions thereon and the latest time for the receipt of proxy forms is 12.30pm on 9 July 2024.
