- VietNam Holding (VNH) has provided a monthly update for June 2024. The company noted that Vietnam has continued its recent economic momentum, enjoying GDP growth of 6.9% over the second quarter. Shares in the company were up 4% for the month.
- Apax Global Alpha (APAX) has announced that the Apax IX Fund has sold its remaining shares in Baltic Classifieds Group. Including prior distributions, this transaction will deliver a realised gross MOIC of 4.2x and a total gross IRR of c.59% for Apax IX. On completion, taking into account multiple sell downs and prior distributions, APAX’s look-through investment in BCG will have returned a total of c.€31m.
