The Company has announced that it has published a circular (the “Circular”) to seek renewal of the shareholder authority to make market purchases of up to 21,640,007 Ordinary Shares, or, if fewer, that number of Ordinary Shares which is equal to 14.99 per cent. of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital (excluding treasury shares) at the date of the General Meeting.
The Circular contains a notice of a meeting to convene a general meeting to be held at 12 noon on 31 March 2025 at the offices of Montanaro Asset Management, 53 Threadneedle Street, London EC2R 8AR.
