Description
The company’s AGM will be held on 24/04/2025 at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH, at 12:30 p.m. where a presentation will be given. Attending shareholders will have the opportunity to meet the board and investment manager and ask questions. The board will consult with shareholders regarding the future of the company and encourage them to vote in favour of the continuation resolution at the AGM to be held on 24/04/25.
