Overview
Oxford Technology VCT 3 (OT3) was a Venture Capital Trust (VCT) that focused on investing in early-stage and startup technology companies in the UK. It was established in 2002 and merged with Oxford Technology 2 VCT, becoming a separate share class within that fund. The VCT aimed to provide investors with exposure to a different risk/reward profile than mainstream markets, with investments primarily focused on the technical success or failure of companies rather than broader market fluctuations.
