Description
The implementation of the Proposals in connection with the merger will require two general meetings of the company. The first General Meeting is to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 9 September 2025, and the Second General Meeting is to be held at 9.00 a.m. on 26 September 2025 will be held at the offices of Deutsche Numis, 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BF.
