The Company’s Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held at 10.00am on 2 September 2025 has been adjourned and will be re-convened at 10.00am on 30 September 2025 at the same venue, the offices of Tilstone Partners Limited, 3rd Floor, 55 Wells Street, London, W1T 3PT. The adjournment is to enable shareholders to have further clarity on the status of the offer from Wapping Bidco Limited before the date of the meeting.
