Description
The Company’s Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) will be held at 60 Victoria Embankment, London, EC4Y0JP on Thursday, 18th December 2025 at 2.00 p.m.
Portfolio Manager Omar Negyal will give a presentation to shareholders on recent performance and his view on the outlook for Emerging Markets. The meeting will be followed by afternoon tea, which will provide shareholders with an opportunity to meet Omar, as well as other Board members.
Shareholders are invited to join in person for the Company’s AGM. However, those Shareholders wishing to follow the AGM proceedings without attending in person will be able to view them live and ask questions (but not vote) through conferencing software.
