Description
The Board of BlackRock Smaller Companies Trust plc has announced that it has agreed a proposed combination with BlackRock Throgmorton Trust. The proposals are conditional, among other things, upon shareholders’ approval of the resolutions to be proposed at the General Meeting.
The General Meeting, which will be held at 3.30 p.m. on 30 March 2026 at the offices of BlackRock, 12 Throgmorton Avenue London, EC2N 2DL. More details can be found in the circular here.
