The AGM will be held in person at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 25 March 2026 at the offices of BlackRock at 12 Throgmorton Avenue, London EC2N 2DL. At the same time, in line with best practice, the company are offering shareholders a chance to vote on the Continuation of the Company at its AGM.
