Henderson Alternative Strategies adopts lower fee structure – The Board of Henderson Alternative Strategies Trust (HAST) as agreed with the managers of the fund Henderson Investment Funds Limited a new fee strategy that is lower than the previous level.
Currently, the management fee is charged at a rate of 0.70% per annum.
With effect from 1 April 2018, the rate will be reduced to 0.60% per annum on the first £250m of the Net Asset Value and 0.55% per annum in excess thereof. The NAV of the fund was £332.8m as at 26-02-18.
