Trading Emissions is in dispute with Chinese counterparties to CER (Certified Emission Reduction) Transaction Agreements. Two claims came in in March – these total €6m and were disclosed in Trading Emission’s accounts. On 23 June they received claims totalling €18m relating to four agreements.
