Secure Property Development and Investment, a property development and investment company incorporated in Cyprus, was established in June 2005 to undertake investments in the real estate market in Ukraine. Following its recapitalization in mid-2011, its geographic focus has changed from country-specific to regional, so as to cover a number of high potential East and South East European markets (the Region), including but not limited to Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia and Montenegro. Secure Property Development and Investment intends to provide its shareholders with attractive returns, principally derived from the operation of income generating properties, from capital appreciation through investment in high yield real estate assets and from capital return generated from development projects and related investments, principally in and around the major population centers in the Region.
