Overview
The Drum Income Plus Real Estate Investment Trust (the “REIT”) is an income focused real estate fund investing in secondary commercial property assets where there is an opportunity to increase income and capital returns via entrepreneurial proactive asset management and risk-controlled development.
The REIT will target a fully covered dividend of 5% p.a. once fully invested, whilst also delivering annual capital growth for investors.
We have written notes that explain how the fund works:
- “Delivering on promises“, published in May 2017, describes how DRIP separates themselves from the bigger buyers by targeting smaller lot sizes they believe will offer yield advantages
- “They say good things come in small packages“, published in July 2016, talks about how DRIP targets the smaller lot sizes in less crowded markets allowing them to expand without cash drag hurting returns
