Overview
DW Catalyst Fund (formerly BH Credit Catalysts) invests all of its assets (net of short-term working capital) in DW Catalyst Offshore Fund, Ltd (formerly Brevan Howard Credit Catalysts Fund Limited) an exempted limited liability company which was incorporated under the Cayman Islands Companies Law (2010 Revision) on 1 April 2009 and commenced trading on 1 June 2009. It seeks to generate high absolute returns through trading and investing in financial assets in the corporate credit, mortgage-backed securities and asset-backed securities markets.
