Overview
Golden Prospect Precious Metals subscription shares can be converted into the ordinary shares of Golden Prospect Precious Metals for a payment of 130p on 31 July 2014 or 28 November 2014. Its investment objective is to generate above average returns for Shareholders primarily through the capital appreciation of its investments. The Directors believe that such returns can be obtained by investing in a selective portfolio of securities and other instruments in the precious metals, diamond and uranium sectors.
