Praetorian Resources subscription shares were convertible into the ordinary shares of Praetorian Resources at a price of 70p on 31 July 2014 and 2015. The fund sought to achieve capital appreciation through the purchase and sale of a wide range of securities and other investments. The subscription shares expired worthless and the fund became Duke Royalty.
