Description
The Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in person at the offices of BlackRock at 12 Throgmorton Avenue, London EC2N 2DL on Thursday 20 June 2024 at 11.30 a.m.
Shareholders are also invited to join Directors for a hot buffet lunch after the formal business of the meeting has concluded. Prior to the formal business of the meeting, our Investment Manager will make a presentation to shareholders. This will be followed by a question and answer session.
Shareholders who are unable to attend the meeting in person but who wish to view the portfolio manager’s presentation can do so via a live webinar this year.
