The AGM will be held on Monday, 10 November 2025 at 2.00pm at the offices of Brown Advisory, 18 Hanover Square, London W1S 1JY.
It will include a short presentation which will be delivered in person by Chris Berrier, Portfolio Manager, covering the performance of the Company over the past year as well as his outlook for the future. The Board and Portfolio Manager would welcome questions which shareholders may submit to: [email protected].
