The Hansa Board and Ocean Wilsons Board had agreed the terms of a recommended all-share combination of Ocean Wilsons and the Company, pursuant to which Hansa will acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Ocean Wilsons by means of a Court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement. The General Meeting in connection with the scheme will be held at the Hamilton Princess Hotel, 76 Pitts Bay Rd, Pembroke HM 08, Bermuda at 10.00 a.m. on 09/09/2025.
