Description
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 27 June 2025 at 1.00pm at the Company’s registered office, 4th Floor, 140 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HY, and the company looks forward to welcoming shareholders to the event in person.
The meeting will consider the formal business of the AGM, as set out in the separate Circular and Notice of AGM, and thereafter the Investment Adviser will provide a presentation on the Company’s portfolio.
