The Company will hold its AGM at 3rd Floor, Par-la-Ville Place, 14 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda on 28 November at 10:00 a.m. (Bermuda time).
OCI also announces the retirement of Stewart Porter who, after five years of service, has decided to step down from his role as Non-Executive Director to the Board. This will take effect from the Company’s annual general meeting on 28 November 2023.
The Board would like to thank Stewart for the considerable contribution and support he has given to the Company since joining the Board in 2018.
