KWE : Kennedy Wilson raising £350m
Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate is aiming to raise £350m from investors. £100m of this has been raised already via a firm placing to a group of investors including Kennedy Wilson, Marketfield Asset Management, Quantum Strategic Partners and Wellington Management Company (all of which are considered related parties for the purposes of the transaction) .
£250m is being raised vi an open offer. existing shareholders are being offered shares at the rate of 0.249 new shares for every one they hold. the shares are being issued at £10.06 – a discount to the current share price (£10.49 at the time of writing).
