Aurora Russia NAV falls as it explores Unistream disposal

Aurora Russia has published results covering the year to the end of March 2015. The net asset value fell from 27.9p to 17.5p over the period. A large chunk of the decline relates to the fall in the Rouble Sterling exchange rate and a fall in the value of the company’s stake in Unistream from £8m to £5.3m as they explore options for selling their stake in this business. They disposed of Kreditmart finance and Superstroy during the year and returned the proceeds to shareholders. Cash was c£2.1m at 10 April 2015. Running costs are budgeted to be c£380,000 per year.
