The Cayenne Trust has announced the results of its rollover elections. F&C Managed Portfolio Trust was the rollover vehicle offered. 2,4787,999 Cayenne shares have elected to rollover into F&C Managed Portfolio Income shares, 1,751,028 Cayenne shares have elected to rollover into F&C Managed Portfolio Growth shares, whilst 15,153,737 Cayenne shares have opted for the cash exit. Shareholders that made no election have been deemed to have elected to receive F&C Managed Portfolio Income shares in respect of 50% of their holding of Cayenne shares and F&C Managed Portfolio Growth Shares in respect of the remaining 50% of their holding of Cayenne shares. A general meeting is scheduled for the 30th November to approve the liquidation of the company. Shareholders electing to receive F&C Managed Portfolio shares (income or growth) are expected to have their CREST accounts credited on 2 November 2015. Cheques for shareholders who have opted for the cash exit are expected to be dispatched on 7 December 2015.
