VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunities Fund has provided an update on its proposed move from trading on AIM to the ‘Premium Segment’ of the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market. The move was scheduled to occur at 7.00 a.m. on 20 November 2015 but has been delayed and is now expected to take place in January 2016. The company says that the delay is “due to the complexity of the regulatory process” but that, “To date no unforeseen regulatory issues have arisen”. A further announcement in connection with the listing process will be made in due course.
