New deputy adviser for John Laing Infrastructure

John Laing Capital Management has appointed Gianluca Mazzoni as the Deputy Investment Adviser to John Laing Infrastructure Fund, in charge of Business Development. He will report to Andrew Charlesworth, John Laing Infrastructure’s Investment Adviser.

Gianluca, who joins John Laing Capital Management this week, will be dedicated to John Laing Infrastructure and will be responsible for developing new investment opportunities and leading acquisitions for John Laing Infrastructure. Gianluca brings significant experience of equity infrastructure investments, corporate finance, private equity and M&A across a wide range of sectors. He has been active in equity infrastructure investments since 2007, first at Societe Generale as Managing Director and Head of Principal Investments and subsequently as Infrastructure Partner at Access Capital Partners.
