Amedeo Air Four Plus has announced that, on 13 April 2016, it purchased its sixth A380 aircraft (directly from Airbus) at a net cost of US$275m. The purchase was as anticipated in the company’s prospectus dated 3 December 2015 and was conducted via its wholly-owned subsidiary AA4P Zeta Limited. Following the acquisition of the Aircraft, the company entered into Aircraft Operating Lease arrangements with Emirates airline. Under the terms of the agreement, the Aircraft has been leased to Emirates for a term of 12 years, with fixed lease rentals for the duration. Following this purchase, the Company now owns six A380s. All have been leased to Emirates.
