Further to its announcement on 18 March of the board’s intention to put proposals to shareholders for a manage wind-down of the trust, Dunedin Enterprise has now announced its proposals. Is summary, a general meeting is being convened for 11 March for the purpose of putting proposals to shareholders to change the trust’s investment policy to allow for the managed wind-down.
