Macau Property Opportunities has announced that the Land, Public Works and Transport Bureau of Macau has granted an urban condition plan for the Company’s retail redevelopment project located in the Senado Square district of Macau. Senado Square is Macau Property Opportunities’ flagship retail development project. The company says that the project is well-located in Macau’s prime UNESCO-listed shopping precinct (pictured) and that, upon completion, the development will offer some 65,000 square feet of retail and food and beverage offerings. The urban condition plan is an official government document that stipulates the approved redevelopment parameters for a property, including site area, height and plot ratio. The company says that receipt of the UCP is a necessary precursor to submission of the architectural drawings for the project, which they expect to make in the next few weeks.
