BB Healthcare announces result of issue- BB Healthcare Trust plc (BBH) announced today that they have successfully raised gross proceeds of approximately £46.3 million from an initial placing, offer for subscription and intermediaries offer of ordinary shares. The net proceeds of the initial issue are approximately £45.4 million. They raised the money through the issue of 34,053,025 of ordinary shares at a price of 136p per share. Of these, 26,029,068 ordinary shares will be issued under the initial placing, 7,000,567 will be issued under the offer for subscription and the remaining 1,023,390 will be issued under the intermediaries offer. Once this issue is complete it will bring the total ordinary shares issued by BB Healthcare to 91,495,551 which have raised approximately £123.9 million. Total number of shares of BB Healthcare after this issue will be 353,160,819 all of which have voting rights. The shares will be listed on the stock market at 8:00 on 3 December 2018.
