City Natural Resources High Yield Trust Plc has announced that, following shareholder approval at its AGM on 5 December 2018, it has changed its name to CQS Natural Resources Growth and Income Plc. The change takes place with immediate effect. The trust’s ticker (CYN) remains unchanged.
The trust formerly known as City Natural Resources High Yield Trust
The trust changed its name from City Natural Resources High Yield Trust to CQS Natural Resources Growth and Income on 10 December 2018. This followed shareholder approval at the trust’s AGM on 7 December 2018. The name change reflects a decision by the board and investment manager to consolidate and emphasise the CQS brand going forward. However, in all other respects the trust remains unchanged. The management team remain in place, there was no change in strategy or investment process and CYN’s yield and growth objectives were also unaffected.
