In QuotedData’s morning briefing 10 July 2020:

  • Carador Income Fund has announced the final redemption and de-listing of its redemption pool shares. G
  • GCP Asset Backed Income (GABI) has announced that it has exercised its option to extend its £50m revolving credit with the Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited. The facility will now expire in August 2021. All terms remain the same. The facility is undrawn, but GABI’s manager says that having continued access to the RCF is an essential tool to allow GABI to access attractive investment opportunities.
  • Greencoat UK Wind says that it will be announcing its half year results on 30 July 2020.
  • VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund (VOF) has announce a partial sale of its largest private equity holding, International Dairy Products (IDP – 4.1% of VOF’s NAV) to Blue Point, “a Vietnamese financial and strategic investor in the consumer goods and dairy products sector”. VOF and its co-investment partner, Daiwa PI Partners, have divested a 28% stake in IDP. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed but the divestment implies a return of approximately 1.5 times on invested capital for VOF.
