  • Pershing Square (PSH) announced the launch of an offering of up to $500m aggregate principal amount of senior notes with a maturity not later than 2031. The net proceeds are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, including to make investments in Pershing Square Tontine Holdings, Ltd., and/or make other investments or hold assets in accordance with PSH’s investment policy. PSH says that further details will be provided in due course.
  • Debt fund, Honeycomb (HONY), announced that applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for its entire issued share capital to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the official list of the FCA and to the London Stock Exchange for its ordinary shares.
  • Buffetology’s IPO will not proceed – “The company has received a broad level of support from a significant number of investors and has been encouraged with the response to the investment proposition, however, overall demand has not been sufficient to meet the minimum gross proceeds.”
