- Middlefield Canadian Income (MCT) noted that one of its recently acquired holdings, Brookfield Property Partners, is to be taken private in a US$5.9bn deal for the remaining 40% stake not owned by Brookfield Asset Management and a group of investors
- Hg Capital Trust (HGT) is to invest around £15.7m in Prophix, with other institutional clients of Hg (HGT’s manager). Prophixis a leading provider of corporate performance management (CPM) software serving mid-market companies across multiple industries worldwide, providing planning, budgeting and financial reporting software into the ‘office of the CFO’.
