In QuotedData’s morning briefing 21 July 2021:

  • Bluefield Solar (BSIF) received applications for 89,067,980 new shares under its issue and the board has decided to increase the offer size so that it can accept the lot. The shares are being issued at 118p – the gross issue size will be £105.1m.
  • Custodian REIT (CREI) has sold a 5,242 sq ft vacant children’s day nursery in Basingstoke for £648k, £73k ahead of the last published valuation.
  • JPMorgan Real Assets (JARA) issued 7.85m shares last week to institutional investors and says it has deployed the money into its U.S. Core Real Estate Mezzanine Debt strategy. The strategy is currently delivering returns at the top end of  the trust’s total return target range of 7-9%.
  • Starwood European Real Estate Finance (SWEF) has agreed to provide a three year £13.5m floating rate loan secured by a freehold, consisting of a 38k square foot, fully let office and a 145-key hotel located in the central business district of Belfast, Northern Ireland.
