- Foresight Solar (FSFL) announced the appointment of Lynn Cleary as an independent non-executive director with effect from 18 September 2023. Lynn spent 17 years as CFO and managing director of strategic programmes for The Royal Bank of Scotland International and is currently the president of the Jersey Bankers Association and chair of the Treasury Advisory Panel for the government of Jersey.
- Round Hill Music (RHM) announced its interim results for the six months ending 30 June 2023. The company’s NAV was flat while shares had fallen around 4% over the period. Following the period end, on 8 September, the company reached an agreement on the terms of a recommended cash offer which represented a premium of approximately 67.3 per cent to the closing price with a volume weighted average price per RHM share of US$0.70.
